- Units Two and Studio Three feature connecting doors that can be locked. If you're traveling with a larger group, it may be worth checking the availability of both units and booking them simultaneously if possible.

- TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays.

- A pack-n-play can be provided upon request for guests traveling with a young child. If you need anything, please feel free to reach out to us. We are more than happy to help!

- The washing machine and dryer are located in the spacious shed, neatly hidden from view. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

- Please do not touch or board the boat docked at the property—it's privately owned and not for guest use.
- For your safety, do not climb or walk on the seawall—it can be slippery and dangerous.
- Enjoy the views, but please supervise children near the water at all times.

- The use of the outdoor space and pool entails certain inherent risks. By utilizing the pool, you acknowledge and waive any associated liability. Adhering to the pool rules detailed in our "Welcome" binder is essential for ensuring the safety of all guests. Children must always be supervised while outside, as no children are permitted outdoors without supervision at any time. Please note that this property is situated on the intracoastal.

By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of the swimming pool:

Assumption of Risk: Guests understand and acknowledge that the use of the swimming pool involves inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, slipping, falling, and other potential hazards. By choosing to use the pool, all guests voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.

No Lifeguard on Duty: This property does not provide a lifeguard. Guests are responsible for their safety and the safety of all party members, including children and non-swimmers. Children must always be supervised by an adult when in or near the pool.

Homeowner Liability Release: The homeowner, property owner, Airbnb host, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any injuries, deaths, accidents, property damage, or other incidents that occur in or around the swimming pool, regardless of cause, including but not limited to negligence, natural conditions, or acts of third parties.

Guest Responsibility: Guests agree to use the pool responsibly and in accordance with all safety guidelines. No running, diving, or rough play is permitted in or around the pool area. The use of alcohol, glass containers, or other hazardous materials in or near the pool is strictly prohibited.

Indemnification: By booking and staying at this property, guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the homeowner, property owner, host, and any associated entities from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising out of or related to the use of the swimming pool.

By proceeding with this booking, all guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and assume all risks associated with using the swimming pool.
